1. Legal basis

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. The EU General Data Protection Regulation and Data Protection Act serve the right to protection of personal data. We process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (DSGVO, DSG, TKG 2021). 2. Purpose, basis, storage period and data recipient

We process your personal data, if necessary, for the duration of the entire business relationship (from the initiation and processing to the termination of a contract) as well as beyond that in accordance with the statutory retention and documentation obligations, which result, among other things, from the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB) or the Federal Fiscal Code (BAO), as well as until the end of any legal dispute, ongoing warranty and guarantee periods, etc.

2.3 In the course of operating our websites, we commission software service providers and agencies, among others, who may gain access to your personal data in the course of their activities, insofar as they require the data to perform their respective services. 3. Contact form

3.1 Your information including personal data from our contact form will be transmitted to us via our own mail server, processed and stored by us in order to process your request. This data will not be collected or passed on without your consent. We cannot process your enquiries without this data.

3.2 The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) DSGVO.

4. Cookies

4.1 Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use the lead generation service of Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, The Netherlands. 6. Social Media

LinkedIn: The social media platform LinkedIn is used on the website. By integrating LinkedIn, no personal data is initially transferred to this provider. However, if you click on the LinkedIn icon, personal data will be collected directly by LinkedIn. EYYES GmbH has no influence on the data collected by the social media provider. Youtube: The video platform Youtube is used on the website. When videos are played, personal data is forwarded to Google and processed. EYYES GmbH has no influence on the data collected and processed by the operator of Youtube. Please refer to the data protection declaration of Youtube:

7. Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps to display map information of its own locations. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data on the use of the Maps functions by visitors to the website. 8. Recordings for Annotations

For the purpose of developing and monitoring a hardware and software for object recognition using deep learning algorithms by means of cameras mounted or installed on vehicles in the context of research and development of assistance systems for vehicles in road and rail traffic, personal data are collected and processed in the course of image recordings in public places within Austria. The following data are processed:

Video recordings of other drivers and road users.
car and motorbike registration plates
Logos, advertising posters and inscriptions of businesses
Other possible information recorded by the camera.
Recipients: All data collected is processed internally and used to improve the software. No data is passed on to third parties.

Duration of storage: The data is only stored for as long as is necessary for further development and monitoring. Further development of the systems may also include quality improvement and error correction after release.

Legal basis: decision of 2. 10. 2018 by the data protection authority (GZ: D202.217 2021-0.125.675).

9. Newsletter

If you have registered to receive the newsletter, the e-mail address you have provided will be processed by EYYES GmbH for the purpose of sending the newsletter to which you have subscribed. We process any information you provide voluntarily in order to provide you with targeted information, such as the personalised approach in the newsletter. In addition, we measure the performance of the newsletter by processing the opening of the newsletter (yes/no) (“opening rate”) and information about the technical deliverability of the newsletter (“bounces”, e.g. undeliverability due to an incorrect email address). This data is generated by the system.

Your email address is processed on the basis of your consent in accordance with §174 TKG 2021. We process your data until you withdraw your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time without giving reasons by sending an email to datenschutz@eyyes.com or by clicking on the unsubscribe link in a newsletter sent to you. Your cancellation of the newsletter will be noted in the newsletter database. This note means that you will not receive any further newsletters. However, there may be overlaps if the data has already been prepared for dispatch.

If you cancel the newsletter, we will delete your data that was stored in connection with the newsletter dispatch, whereby the previous lawful processing of your data up to the cancellation will continue.

a. Right to information (Art. 15 DSGVO): You have the right to information about the processing of your personal data at any time.

b. Right of rectification (Art. 16 DSGVO): You have the right to rectification of your personal data.

c. Right to erasure (Art. 17 DSGVO): You have the right to erasure of your personal data. This does not apply to data that is collected and processed in the course of legal necessity.

d. Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data. In this case, the data will not be deleted, but will no longer be processed.

e. Right to data portability (Art. 20 DSGVO): You have the right to receive all your personal data.
